Pre-order Policy

This Pre-order Policy applies to all preorders made with Lottie Needlepoint, L.L.C. ("Lottie Needlepoint," "we," or "our") for our products. By placing a preorder with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

1. Pre-order Definition:
   A preorder is a purchase made in advance for a product that is not yet available for immediate delivery. With a pre-order, you reserve the product and ensure its availability once it becomes available for shipping.

2. Payment:
   When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide payment in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, such as credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. Once your payment is processed successfully, your pre-order will be considered confirmed.

3. Order Fulfillment:
   Pre-order fulfillment and shipping dates are estimates and subject to change. We will do our best to fulfill and ship your order as soon as the product becomes available. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as supplier delays or production issues, which could affect the estimated delivery date. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:
   Pre-orders placed with Lottie Needlepoint cannot be canceled or refunded. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you commit to purchasing the product and understand that cancellations or refunds will not be permitted.

5. Product Changes:
   While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and imagery, pre-ordered products may undergo changes before their release. This includes, but is not limited to, modifications in design, color, materials, or features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes that may occur.

6. Communication:
   We will keep you informed of updates regarding your pre-order via the contact information you provided during the purchase process. This may include email notifications, order status updates on our website, or other forms of communication. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date.

7. Order Modifications:
   Pre-orders cannot be modified once they have been confirmed and payment has been processed. If you have any questions or concerns about your pre-order, please reach out to our customer support team at info@lottieneedlepoint.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Order Completion:
   Once the pre-ordered product becomes available for shipping, it will be processed for delivery using the shipping method selected during the purchase process. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

9. Limitation of Liability:
   Lottie Needlepoint reserves the right to limit or decline the acceptance of pre-orders at our sole discretion. We shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from changes in product availability, delays in delivery, or any other circumstances related to the pre-order.
