Returns & Refunds

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges of any kind, and we cannot retroactively apply discount codes. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing by emailing us at hey@lottieneedlepoint.com.
If you have an issue with your order, please email us and we will be in touch.

We take pride in the quality of our products. If, however, you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a possible replacement or refund. Returns must be authorized by Lottie Needlepoint, and the item must be unused and in its original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
